MONDAY, NOVEMBER 5 (THE FIRST MONDAY) We will have a hands-on orchid mounting workshop. Learn by doing! MEOS will buy the mounting materials and plants. There will be no charge to members to participate in the workshop and each member in good standing will go home with a newly mounted orchid and the skills to mount orchids on their own at home. Members should bring in a plastic bag or small box to take home their orchid as it may be cold by the November meeting. PRO TIP: An insulated cooler is ideal for transporting orchids in cold weather.
